Portfolios

Does anyone collect the portfolios they offer with books sometimes? Trying to figure out how to valuate one - signed limited dark tower portfolio by Ned dameron. Worth adding to my collection?
It's definitely worth acquiring. Both the signed numbered edition and the unnumbered versions are still available from Grant:
