MISERY U.K. 1st Edition HODDER Flipback 2011. 4 3/4" x 3 1/4" (Flipback books are now out of print.)
I've got one of those also. It's a neat concept.

I have always found those to be interesting. I do not own one. Any challenge in reading it (holding it?) since the layout is different?
