Interesting.....Looks like VFB teamed up with Lividian for the slipcase and decided on a hefty upcharge. Another interesting fact was when I got the S&S SE, it was not sealed, but VFB is selling it sealed.

I don't think VFB has ever sold anything in my budget. $400 for the book and slipcase. I thought it was overpriced from S&S
