The Talisman Random House 1st print

I was just wondering if anyone has come across a first printing of the Talisman hardback published by random house (the red cover hardback)
I'm from the UK and collect the US edition hardbacks, I've just never seen a first print run. Normally the print run starts with 2 from what I've seen so far.

I think I'm a little confused as to which edition OP is looking for. When I first read it I somehow got "Black House" in my mind, since that's a Random House print, and the first edition starts with 2 in the number line. Then I re-read it and thought "Oh I messed up" it SAYS Talisman....but the first edition of that is from Viking.

Which book are we talking about here?

Thank you very much for getting back to me. It was the later printing of Talisman from random house I was focusing on.
I have seen the viking edition of talisman with many print runs, 1st,2nd,3rd etc so I thought that maybe the random house edition of the Talisman would be the same. Every book I find on ebay seems to start with a 2nd, 3rd, 4th print run. I guess the viking edition counts as the first edition of the book.

Welcome to the Forum by the way. If you look in the top right hand corner of the screen you will see a tab for 1st editions. It's a great tool.
