• Limited edition of 2,000 copies with a signed bookplate. This book is basically a 2nd trade edition with the bookplate pasted in. If I had to choose a limited edition book I'd put at the bottom of my want list, this would be it.$200-$275 / (£100-£150)
  

The original UK limited edition wound up being canceled, However when SK went to England for a book tour he signed 2,000 bookplates that H&S pasted onto a 2nd printing of their trade edition. Thus creating a limited edition (of sorts)
