Interestingly enough, although I thought it was a sloppy signature I think it's probably legit...why? The first word, "For" has both the correct looking "F" and "R" that king usually uses. The letter "F" especially is unusual but not something people usually look at because that letter is not in his name. To fake an inscription, and to make sure you get words faked correctly that aren't just the signature seems like more work than it's worth.
Doesn't change the fact I wouldn't have bought it, since:
1) I can't guarantee it's not a fake
2) If I ever went to sell it, I'd have to convince someone it's not a fake based on my argument above.
