Not in a million years. It will not even fit in the US Post International Flat Rate boxes, unless you use the large size. The book is the same size and weight as From a Buick.jimimck wrote: Based on previous CD publications (perhaps Buick 8 is the closest to compare), would anyone have an idea if this book is likely to fit in to the US Post International Flat Rate Envelope?

Thanks for that, guess I'll just bite the bullet and order a gift edition while I still can.Mr. Rabbit Trick wrote:Not in a million years. The gift edition will probably be available for a while, they usually are.
On a related note if you haven't seen any of the interior illustrations yet, they're up on CD's site

I have to say that I don't like Chong's color illustration for "A Good Marriage". One of the basic premises of the story is that the husband seems like a regular guy. That Illustration shows but.

This will be the first SIGNED King I've ever ordered from CD (numbered edition). I was always too late or didn't have the money at their other King signed releases.

Any idea if the limited edition is signed by all of the artists?
stephenking.com says yes, but cemeterydance.com doesn't say one way or the other...
