Insomnia 1st/1st trade flatsigned by king

Hey everyone I have an insomnia first edition (white stripe at the top of the jacket style) flatsigned by mr. King. I love this book and it was my first signed king book but times are tough and I have to let it go. King signed books go for around 250 or 300 but I'm willing to part with this for 210 OBO. book is in fine condition with fine dj protected in Mylar covering.
