I need to pay rent, so I'm looking to sell a few of the doubles in my collection, including my Grant 1st Edition copy of The Gunslinger ($800). I also have copies of Wizard and Glass ($100-$200 depending on their condition), a set of the five Fantasy and Science Fiction books that The Gunslinger was initially published in ($200), a couple other F&SF books with Night of the Tiger and Ballad of the Flexible Bullet ($20/ea), and finally, an autographed 1st edition of The Stand: The Complete and Uncut Edition ($250). Let me know if you want to do business, prices somewhat flexible, images available on request.

It's not fresh out of the bookstore, but I'd say it's in pretty to very good condition. It is a true First Edition/First Printing. The inside dust jacket is unclipped and shows two prices (Trade $20.00/Limited $60.00) and the words FIRST EDITION are on the copyright page. The DJ is in good condition, the biggest strike against it is a small tear (>2cm) on the bottom left front corner. The DJ has minor scuffs on the corners and on the back, but the spine artwork is nice and bright. Honestly, the DJ is in better shape than my personal copy, but I have a sentimental attachment to that one. The book itself has some minor discoloration on the cover boards (honestly though, how often are you going to be looking at them?), but the endpapers are almost flawless (the front endpapers are 100% perfect, the back endpapers have a single minute scuff (>2mm, just trying to be honest and detailed). The spine is TIGHT, and if I had to guess, it has either never been read or only read sparingly. The pages show no significant discoloration (the page conditions are indistinguishable from my personal copy, so I can only imagine that there's either no significant aging or that it's consistent with any other copy out there, no better no worse). The book is currently in, and for all I can tell has always been in a smoke free environment, and I've been keeping it as far away from natural light as possible. If you would like, I can photograph/scan anything you want to prove the condition. It's probably in better condition than I described, I just wanted put it all up front so there were no surprises.
