Just an update that unfortunately the book was a BCE. Not a complete loss as at least the eBay auction proceeds went to the Phoenix Public Library.
The hunt for the elusive $35.00 dust jacket continues...

What?! So the description in the Ebay listing was totally off or what? What a bummer.
