Quick note on thread behavior

Post by TheCollector »

Hey folks,

For those of you that are regulars to the forums, I wanted you to know that a change has been made to how the navigation in threads works last week.

Previously when you clicked on a thread it would take you to the first post in the thread, and then you'd need to navigate to wherever the most recent post was. Not a huge deal for short threads, but for multi page threads it results in some extra clicks.

Now, as long as you're logged in, if there's an existing thread with a new post, it will jump to the latest unread post by default. Of course, you can always scroll back to older posts as necessary.

A welcomed fix, thank you.
