Stephen King's true world first editions

Hi. I'm debuting in this forum. Recently I wrote this post in the SK website forum but it didn´t receive much attention. So I decided to try posting it here.

I'm interested in knowing the true first edition of each Stephen King book. I mean I'd like to know if the actual first edition is a limited edition, a US trade edition, a UK edition, another country edition or a different media edition (i.e. Ebook or e-audio).

I don't consider here proof copies, Advance Reader Copies (ARCs), galleys or any other kind of pre-publication form of these books. Collectors don't consider these kinds of unfinished editions (commonly containing errors and distributed only for appreciation of booksellers, editors and journalists) as first editions, although many people collect them.

I adopt here this common sense, considering first editions only the commercial and finished books (limited editions, trade editions, book club editions etc).

I was able to discover information about SK's latest books through a search in Scribner, Hodder and other publishers webpages. But concernig to his oldest books, I found few if any information about them.

I will publish here the results of my research about this subject, and I'd like you all to contribute with this. If you have any information, you can post here in order to correct me or to add info about other SK books.

The first of ROSE MADDER was published by Hodder. I have the paperwork stashed away somewhere.
Hope this helps.

The first edition (Erste Auflage) of FROM A BUICK 8 is the German edition entitled DER BUICK. It was published by Ullstein in 2002, several months prior to the appearance of the Hodder edition, which, in turn, preceded the US edition.
The book was shrinkwrapped and retailed for 22 Euros.
