Cell First Edition

Post by horror56 » Sat Oct 15, 2016 4:43 pm

I have a new copy of "Cell" that has no number line. It has the $26.95 on inside flap of dust jacket and it has copyright year of "2006" on the copyright page. Is this book a first edition first printing copy?

It's a book club copy with a 1st edition dustjacket. The Scribner 1st editions have the full numberline: 1 3 5 7 9 10 8 6 4 2.

I agree, I know that may sound weird but people have been known to take Book club copy dustjackets and put them on 1st edition books because they look better.
Thanks much,
