Night Shift 11th Printing

Post by apfeiffer »

I'm looking at a copy of Night Shift that the seller is advertising as a 1st Ed. 11th printing. I've attached an image of the copyright page. They're asking $125.00. Is that a fair price or is it not worth much since its not a first printing? Is it even considered a first edition at that point? Sorry for all the questions but I don't want to get ripped off.

I wouldn't pay that for an 11th printing. It's not worth anything other than a reading copy IMO.

I agree. It has no real collectible value.

Although it's not often specified you're looking for a 1st edition / 1st printing. Anything else, (whether it's a 1st edition 2nd printing, or 1st edition 20th printing) you might as well just pick up a book club edition for $30
