Hi! I'm new here.

I bought a copy of The Regulators exactly the same of this link photos https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/31 ... regulators

It's a Dutton hardback edition, but my big question is its size. The book desn't have the regular size of big editions (9.5in x 6.5in approx) but it has 8.5in x 5.8in approx) and the hardback is black instead of the typical light colours (I think the big edition is red and other colour) and the other difference is the location of the ISBN bar. In the big edition it's on the low right corner ( http://smg.photobucket.com/user/RareBoo ... 0.jpg.html ) and in my edition it's on the low left corner.

The problem? Both editions have the same ISBN number (9780525941903).

So, form me, the trouble is finding more info of the edition I have. It doesn't clarify it's limited, or first edition, selled on a particular country, etc.

Could you help me with any additional info? Do you know these book with the different size? Is US, Canadian, other edition? (the info says it's just "printed" in USA)

Greetings

Does you copy have a price on the dust jacket? If not, it sounds like a book club edition.

:O I'm not from USA and I ain't familiar with the book-club issues.

I assume that they're books didn't go on sale. The dustjacket doesn't have any price. Other than that, another difference is that on the back part of the dustjacket in the low right corner there are printed the numbers "12345".

I've attached two pics of my book.

It's definitely a book club edition. It is not a collectible, but it is a good reading copy.
