Books about Stephen King

I have 3 bookcases and they are almost completely full. Finding solid good ones I can refinish is really hard to do and they just don't pop up all the time. Since publishers are making 50 different versions of all of King's books, I have been trying to collect what I can lol. So I am torn if I should stop collecting books about Stephen King and just stick with books he has written. I know some books about him are collectible, but harder to sell. The signed numbered ones of "A Stephen King's Story" "Bare Bones" "Stephen King the Man the Artist" and the list goes on and on. They have value but many collectors are not after these types of King Collectibles. I have thought about collecting limited edition books only, but then there are many of his titles not printed this way, so books would be limited for collecting.
So my question to you guys (I know it's preference) is this: Do I sell my books about Stephen King?
This is to make room for other King books. I know I have a lot of his newer books that are worth 10 bucks in as new condition, but they are still written by him. I would simply start selling off books by other authors writing about him. I would like people's input to help me decide what to do. I do have one shelf of Harry Potter, Exorcist, and non-King, but these I will not sell. Thanks everyone!
