I was just wondering if anyone has a list of all the 1st printings (where, what publications, dates, pricing) of all of his short stories?
It would make my life alot easier. I can go through everything and make up a list but was hoping someone might have a link to one or one they have put together.
Thanks!

I'd suggest getting a copy of Justin Brooks' Primary Bibliography, in which he lists ALL of King's works with appearances, etc. It's still available from the publisher:

Thanks John.
This would be a great idea if I wasn't on such a limited budget for King stuff. I was hoping to find something like a list someone had put together on the internet.
I need to budget for this item also in the future.

John's suggestion of Justin Brooks' Primary Bibliography is the best source. There is also a list at Stephen King's own website (http://www.stephenking.com/library/short.html) and at Lilja's Library (http://liljas-library.com/shortstories.php).
If your SK budget does not stretch to Justin Brooks' Primary Bibliography, you might want to stay clear of the 1st printings of King stories, as they can cost thousands of dollars.

Well that's true, but plenty of stuff can be had cheaply on ebay and such, expecially if you're just starting out the collection.Mr. Rabbit Trick wrote:John's suggestion of Justin Brooks' Primary Bibliography is the best source. I started my limited edition collection with a gift edition of Desperation for $75. Now it's... bigger
