Well, I would love a 1st/1st of this hardcover in fine condition and would gladly pay the market value that the well informed collectors here are mentioning. Any sellers?

Thank you very much! I emailed the one seller for the copy that is stating fine/fine for 290. A bit high but what the hell. Well, the book looks great but the jacket does have more wear then I would have liked for being listed as fine/fine.
I'll continue to shop.
