Picked my book signed ltd up at Waterstones today ,lovely book then went over to W H Smiths and got their limited edition book with slightly different jacket and also an EXTRA colour plate at half price .
Not a bad day at all.
But i dont want to open the signed book as the shrinkwrap has a large sticker on it with LTD info .
Waterstones cancelled my online order today but still happy that i at least got one --- lots didnt.

My waterstones order was cancelled (as expected really) so I am hanging all my hopes on the Hatchards order I have placed.

Oh, and I still haven't received my Grant AE edition yet. Very pissed off the trade edition is out beore this has arrived.

What's this? Is W.H. Smith also selling the (or 'a') signed/limited edition of TWTTK, as you suggest above, or is it the trade edition you describe?
Can you confirm?
Th Hodder limited edition is exquisite, though, and with only 200 copies in circulation, a TRUE limited edition.

Yodel have just delivered my copy, never had such a low number (13) and I'm really pleased with the book which looks lovely.

Also, I'm happy to see that Waterstones have improved their shipping after the damage suffered to the last limited they handled.

All in all a great day!

The W H Smith book is the standard trade edition ----BUT it has a limited edition dust jacket of Roland and Jake walking towards the Tower in the distance ,centre of the keyhole, larger flames as well .It has a colour plate thats not in the standard edition and the pictures that make up the rear of the jacket [king fans ].
Nice .
