What Would You Do?

Post by TrueNorth » Fri Jan 17, 2014 12:55 pm

Reading Carter's 'The Girl Next Door' post this morning got me thinking about what to do with mine. Someone forgot to fill in the letter.

Have you seen this before? What would you do? How do you think this affects the price?

Thanks

It's probably a Publisher's Copy. I'd leave it alone.

This is a contributor's copy. Dave had lots of the signature sheets left over and made them into contributor's copies.

He still has lots of copies for sale.

I did a 'Quote' from Rabbit Trick and lost my post.....still finding my legs....

I was disappointed to read my copy is a 'Contributor's Copy'. From my photo you can see it was bought in 1998 and says 1/52 copies. From what Rabbit Trick wrote it isn't is it? The receipt should have said 'PC'

I agree with John to leave it blank.

I was going to ask (including wood case) $1000. Now I am not sure, maybe I need to contact Overlook. It wasn't a big seller if 16 years later they still have some for sale.

Thanks
