HI
Hard to find how many books have been signed by SK of each published book (not the Limited versions). It worth to do some research on it as it will help to SK collectors understand SK books rarity/scarcity reasons, for example : from Full Dark No Stars 1.2 million books published - SK signed about 600 copies total (that's 0.05% - extremely small amount which explains book's rarity. I think it's the same about From Buick 8 but I 'm not sure.
thank you

As far as I know, there's no good way of establishing this number for King's books. He's done so many signings that the actual number of books signed is virtually impossible to say.

(By the way, I think your 600 figure for Full Dark is a bit high. I think it's closer to 500.)

Moshe was kind enough to remind me of the 100 copies that were signed as part of a book club selection, so his number of 600 signed Full Dark No Stars copies is more accurate.

Hi John
Do you know how much FROM A BUICK 8 have been signed by SK? Interesting to compare with FDNS stats.

No idea. I really don't monitor the signings of the various books.

Sounds kind of interesting. I'd probably do it. I used to keep tabs of my books on 3X5 index cards, typing certain information on the card and leaving space for an asterisk after the title when I finally purchased the book. But I grew weary of this and haven't kept track in a long time, mainly because too many limited editions kept being released and the strain on my budget made me give up trying to collect everything I wanted.
