SK Headed to France (& maybe Germany) for a book tour

From Ms Mod on the official SK Forums
I've heard back from Steve, who's given me the okay to pass along the information he'd shared last week when I'd asked about book tours. He told me he will be going to France (and probably Germany) for a book tour so it's not a matter of if, but rather a matter of when. I'll post updates as they become available.
Now if I can put on my Sherlock Holmes hat for a bit. I'm going to say this is an early announcement of the book tour for 11/22/63
I'm going to further speculate that if I'm right about SK headed to Europe to promote this book it will mean at least one or two signings in the USA. But because the UK is mysteriously missing from the current list of countries I don't expect a US tour nearly as extensive as Lisey's Story.
What does that mean for everyone in the US?...If you're in a signing Tour Stronghold, aka the East Coast there's a good chance you'll see a signing within a days drive. Folks like me on the West Coast shouldn't hold their breath.
If anyone has any additional info (or theories) post them here
