Not in a million years. It will not even fit in the US Post International Flat Rate boxes, unless you use the large size. The book is the same size and weight as From a Buick.

The gift edition will probably be available for a while, they usually are.

I have to say that I don't like Chong's color illustration for "A Good Marriage". One of the basic premises of the story is that the husband seems like a regular guy. That Illustration shows but.

This will be the first SIGNED King I've ever ordered from CD (numbered edition). I was always too late or didn't have the money at their other King signed releases.

Any idea if the limited edition is signed by all of the artists?

stephenking.com says yes, but cemeterydance.com doesn't say one way or the other...
