It is not being published by PS Publishing.

They have 300 of the 500 print run to sell.

I ordered one from Book Depository for US$120.75. Unfortunately, they're now sold out.

I guess I made that mistake myself. I'm looking at the PS Publishing page and they don't say either way whether they're publishing it or not. I guess absent of a publisher saying they're NOT publishing the book one just assumes they are.

So...who is the publisher?

I've heard it's being done by Hodder & Stoughton:

I just now sent for it from PS publishing (Monday 6:30 PM EDT) and it seems my order went through. We'll see.

Is this the same so-called 'signed edition' Amazon.com.uk was offering about a month ago?

I don't think so. I'm pretty sure the one Amazon UK was offering the US edition.

I had ordered the "11/22/63 Special Signed Edition" back in June; but that page no longer exists, so ordered the limited one just now at 75 GBP.

Waterstones also have for 100 GBP or 154 USD; CD is selling for 200USD I think. Cheaper from England even with shipping.

Since it's not a real signature not worried if get one or not.
