you've sort of answered my question... I'd convinced my self that a charge had hit my credit card when I ordered the book, but on checking could not find any charge.

Presume they are now charging as they get ready to ship?

While its good they are doing it this way, there's something to be said for seeing the charge hit your account as you order.. guess it just gives an increase in confidence that you're in and are going to get a copy!!

Cool to see these already. I think mine is at customs waiting for a fee to be paid.

Interesting to see the number is printed. Usually I see the actual number of 200 hand written.
