CD isn't very good at supplying accurate time tables for when their books publish, I'd expect sometime in 2009 but untill they're in your hands, you never know.

I ordered mine in July of 2007 when it was first announced. I thought then that it should be out by the end of 2008. I guess I was wrong. The only reason I put my order in at that time was to be sure I got the matching number (#359) with my SOD I.

I refuse to preorder any books from Cemetary Dance (unless, like I said above, I'm trying to match my number). Because they demand payment at the time of order, even though the book won't be available for a LONG time afterward, I plan on just waiting until the book is actually published before I order it. I'm still waiting on some of the books ABOUT King that they've announced but not yet published.
