The Talisman

Post by TonyD2336 »

Good Morning,
I hope everyone is well. Would someone tell me a little about the edition of The Talisman I have? What I know so far is that it was published in 2001 by Random House. It has no price on the DJ which leads me to believe it is a BCE. The CR page shows the numbers 2 through 10. I know that Black House is an oddball in the fact that the first printings only have 2 through 10. If this was published to accompany their new release, is it possible that this is a first printing (of the new edition) as well?. I don't believe the book has ever been fully opened because I feet a lot of resistance while trying to check the CR page. I have not been able to find much other information about the book besides a few "New" condition books selling for $60-$90. I'm still learning so I figure I'm probably just not looking in the right places.

No price on the DJ usually means a book club or export edition.

The 1st edition has two tone black boards and the ISBN is 0-375-50439-7.
