Looks like H&S has a contest going where you can win a leather wrapped, signed copy of Under the Dome. This appears to be a 1 of 1 edition..i.e. there's this copy and no other.
http://www.hodder.co.uk/underthedometesco/enter.aspx

Now, I checked the rules they have...it seems that anyone can enter, just make sure you put down your county (not countRy) in the field. No need to check the "I'm a resident of the UK" unless you really are.

Contest ends August 31st a winner will be selected September 7th.

I put USA in the county box and it was accepted. I (of course) mis-read it.

Thanks! I wondered why my submission wasn't accepted before. You just have to fill all the lines in. After I win this book I'll have to build another bookshelf strictly for all the editions of UTD I'll have!

There was a promotional booklet issued by Hodder & Stoughton. Here's the front:

And the back:

These promo booklets seem extremely scarce.

I wasn't aware of the Gallery editions (but I don't collect large print editions).

I had one of those booklets (sold it to a fellow TDT member, though) and yes, they seem to be very scarce - as most of these 'promotional' booklets seem to be. I'm not sure how one 'promotes' a book using a booklet with an apparent print run of < 20 copies!
