WEEKLY UPDATE

Last week turned out to be very productive with five new book owners. Unfortunately, all books are un-open at this time, so no new numbers were added. A very reliable source provided some additional information from a contact at the publishers concerning the first ten numbers. According to the source, 5 copies (presumably from #1 -#10 in some combination) were reserved for the author and his agent. We know that Dean ended up with #4, so that would leave 4 copies. I found this information to be interesting that King may have multiple copies. After more than nine weeks now, there is no additional news on the #19 - #31 mystery. Where are these books, someone may know, but it is not me…

1- 100 ----- 51/200 -- 25%
100-200 --- 39/200 -- 19%
Unopen ---- 29/200 -- 14%
Total ------ 119/200 -- 59%

WEELY UPDATE

Last week produced two new numbers: #21 & #112. Listing #21 was special in a way that it is the first book listed in the #20s. It also closed the mystery gap (#19 - #31)... a little anyway. There was some selling/buying activity with Merlin making a purchase and getting his name on the list. With Merlin on the list, who is the next big name collector missing? At this time, there is no additional information of the first ten books. Lastly, if you are interested in making this list, I can find only nine books that are publicly listed for sale starting at £300.00 ($470.00). This is the first drop below 10 books for sale that I can recall.

1- 100 ----- 52/200 -- 26%
100-200 --- 40/200 -- 20%
Unopen ---- 28/200 -- 14%
Total ------ 120/200 -- 60%

I have copy #19, took some time to get it off my brother. Instantly took it out of the shrink wrap.

New Update

Since last update, three new numbers have been added to the owners’ list. Fellow TDT member, BigCoffinHunter added #194 which was purchased at Waterstones. Ebay buyer thecardden opened his sealed book and added #124 to the list. The third new number was the elusive #19, which belongs to a The Collector Forum member from Waddington, Lincoln, UK by the name of thegwar. These additions place the total book count now at 122. The owner of #6, which you can see the limitation page at The Collector website, is still a mystery.

Not a huge update, but 69 is no longer on the market. Have decided to keep it :-)
