I've opened 3 artist editions and no luck....It's like looking for the Willy Wanka golden ticket!

I have seen neither hide nor hair of the beast

I've not heard of any whatsoever. I ordered two copies and nothing. I also managed to get an f&g that is unnumbered but signed, but no remarque.

Remarques?
That was a marketing con by Grant. It almost worked too, but they are still left with plenty copies.

All - No luck with a remarque, but I did get (from David at Betts Books) a Publisher's Copy of the S/L signed by King & Whelan with a Crimson King eye doodle by Whelan; first and only one of those I've come across so far. I can't really call it a remarque, it's too small. Check it out below.

I wouldn't say con. That would imply there are no remarques. Now it's true no one in our collecting community has admitted to finding one there are probably a couple thousand left in the warehouse. And I have seen nothing but the best business practices from DMG.

That remarque looks good. I still haven't taken the shrinkwrap off of my LITTLE SISTERS, so I know there is a remarque in it. Of course, if I DO take the shrinkwrap off, the remarque will magically dissapear.

I see this thread is quite old, and this question may have been covered. If I may, I'd like to inquire about the expected value of the AE remarqued books. I see that The Collector has acquired images of five known AE remarques. In the eyes of a collector, considering the story behind what was expected and what doesn't seem to be so, would any one of these copies be as sought after as a S/L?
